Warranty Terms

Each TM ARTE product undergoes rigorous testing by the Technical Control Department and is accompanied by a quality certificate. Our products are known for their high operational reliability and excellent functionality, meeting all necessary quality standards.

Warranty Obligations

Warranty service is provided only if the product is accompanied by a technical passport, certified by the seller, containing the identification number and date of sale.

The warranty guarantees the proper operation of the product within the specified period.

Warranty Periods

Water Towel Dryers:

  • 20 years – for closed hot water supply systems

  • 5 years – for common hot water supply systems

Electric Towel Dryers:

  • 20 years – for the towel dryer body

  • 5 years – for the heating element

  • 1 year – for the temperature controller

Important Information

  • The warranty period starts from the date of sale.

  • The warranty does not apply to sealing gaskets and Mayevsky valves.

Warranty Service Denial

The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty service in the following cases:

  • Operation with deviation from the specified working parameters.

  • Signs of electrical corrosion.

  • Use of ammonium chloride solution as a coolant.

  • Mechanical damage due to transportation, use, or improper storage after purchase.

  • Missing or incorrectly filled warranty card (passport).

  • Installation or repair performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • Use of the product for purposes other than intended.

  • The product is received in an unsatisfactory condition.
