Delivery across Ukraine

Shipping is handled by the "Nova Poshta" transport company.

Free delivery – to a Nova Poshta branch.
Address delivery – paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.

Payment Options

Cash on delivery – an additional fee applies for returning the funds to us.
Bank transfer – the commission fee is covered by the buyer.

Important!

• At the Nova Poshta warehouse, the towel dryer is stored for free for 5 business days, including the day of arrival.

• Starting from the 6th day, a storage fee applies.

• If the storage period expires, the reshipping cost is covered by the buyer.
